Returns & Refunds Policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy or conflict, the Romanian version of this document, available at https://trovare.ro/returns, shall prevail.
1. Description of the service
Trovare is a digital SaaS service for interior designers that aggregates furniture search across more than 40 Romanian shops in a single interface. Trovare is not an online shop. Trovare does not sell, deliver or ship physical products.
2. The free plan
At present, the Trovare service is available free of charge during the launch period. No payments are collected from users, and therefore no refunds are applicable during this period.
3. Paid plans (future)
When paid subscription plans are introduced, the following rules will apply:
- Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before any billing begins
- No payment will be taken without the user's explicit consent
- Monthly subscriptions: a pro-rata refund for the unused portion in the event of cancellation
- Annual subscriptions: a refund for full unused months, on request, within the first 30 days of activation
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method
4. Right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014)
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, users are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. For full details on exercising this right, see the Right of withdrawal section of Trovare's Terms and Conditions.
5. Purchases from third-party retailers
Trovare provides only search results and links to furniture shop websites. Any purchase made on a retailer's website (Mobexpert, JYSK, Westwing, etc.) is governed by that shop's own returns and refunds policy.
Trovare bears no responsibility for transactions carried out on third-party websites, including returns, refunds, delivery or product quality.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to contact@trovare.ro with the subject "Refund request". Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- The reason for the refund request
