Welcome to Trovare. By accessing and using Trovare, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use Trovare.

1. Description of the service

Trovare is a furniture search aggregation service that lets users discover products from more than 40 Romanian furniture shops in a single interface. Trovare is not an online shop and does not sell products. Trovare provides only the means to search, compare and organise products found on retailers' websites.

Product prices, availability and specifications are drawn from the partner shops' websites and may change without prior notice from Trovare.

2. Account registration

To use the full features of Trovare, you must create an account. On registration, you undertake to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep your account password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity carried out through your account

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You undertake to use Trovare only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use Trovare for illegal or unauthorised purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to extract data from Trovare without our written consent
• Upload malicious content, viruses or harmful code
• Attempt to disrupt or overload Trovare's infrastructure
• Use Trovare to send spam or unsolicited communications

4. Intellectual property

Trovare, including its design, logo, interface, source code and original content, is the property of NETBEARS TEAM SRL and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

Product images, descriptions and information shown within Trovare belong to the respective shops and are used for the purpose of search aggregation.

Moodboards generated through Trovare may be used by users in their interior design projects.

5. Limitation of liability

Trovare acts solely as a search aggregator and is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of the prices, availability or specifications of the products displayed (these are drawn from retailers' websites)
• The quality, delivery or return of products purchased on shops' websites
• Any transaction carried out between a user and third-party shops
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or external factors
• Changes to offers or the unavailability of products on the source websites

Trovare is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Links to third-party sites

Trovare contains links to furniture shops' websites. These sites are operated independently and have their own privacy policies and terms of use. Trovare does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content or practices of these third-party sites.

When you follow a link to a shop, you leave Trovare, and your interaction with that site is governed by the terms and conditions of that shop.

7. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Trovare service at any time, with or without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by a notice within Trovare. Continued use of Trovare after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of Trovare will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.

10. Consumer protection

In accordance with Romanian law, consumers may address complaints to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

11. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 (which transposes the European Directive 2011/83/EU), users have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the date the contract is concluded (the moment the account is created), without having to justify the decision.

Trovare is a digital service whose content is provided immediately after the account is created. By creating an account and using Trovare, the user acknowledges and consents that the supply of digital content begins immediately, which may affect the right of withdrawal under Art. 16(m) of GEO 34/2014.

During the free period: users may delete their account at any time from the profile settings page, which constitutes an effective withdrawal from the contract.

When paid plans are introduced: to exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to contact@trovare.ro with the subject "Withdrawal" within 14 calendar days of the subscription's activation. Refunds relating to withdrawal will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
